LEGITIMATE BLACK BELT : ARE STUDENTS THAT HAVE GOT A 1ST DEGREE BLACK BELT DIPLOMA FROM THE INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS AND 2ND,3RD,4TH, 5TH,6TH,7TH,8TH,9TH AND THEN 10TH. THOSE ARE THE STUDENTS THAT HAVE THE COMPLETE SYSTEM AND THE TIME TO HONE THEIR SKILLS.

THESE ARE THE INSTRUCTORS THAT ARE CONSIDERED LEGITIMATE 10TH DEGREE UNDER AL TRACY.

How to read the chart.
First on top is the NAME;
Left side where it says BELT is the rank of Black Belt,next is the YEAR and that is the year that the persons was promoted to that rank
and then is INSTRUCTOR which was the instructor who promoted that person to that rank of Black Belt.
and in some spots for year where it says NO, means we have not verified the year or instructor.
